Cancellations / Refunds...

Written cancellation requests received on or before March 30, 2010 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Full payment is required if cancellation is received on or after March 31, 2010 - no refunds and no credits for future events will be granted. However, substitutions may be made at any time. SWMOA reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel programs when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held, SWMOA’s liability is limited to the refund of the program fee only.

From I-15: Exit Deer Spring Rd; drive west 3 miles. At first traffic signal, turn right on North Twin Oaks Valley Rd; continue 2.3 miles. Turn left at the entrance just past El Paso Alto. Go to the end of the road, turn left and an immediate right is the WTP entrance.
From Hwy 78: Exit North Twin Oaks Valley Rd; drive north for 2 miles. Turn left at signal to stay on North Twin Oaks Valley Rd; continue for 2.3 miles. Turn left at the entrance just past El Paso Alto. Go to the end of the road, turn left and an immediate right is the WTP entrance.
